Code of Ethics for Participants in Cyberchance
As a participant in the Cyberchance training and mentorship program, you play a crucial role in upholding the values and principles that guide our organization. To ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, we require all participants to abide by the following code of ethics:
- Professionalism and Integrity: a. Conduct yourself in a professional manner, treating all individuals with respect, courtesy, and fairness. b. Act with honesty, transparency, and integrity, upholding the highest ethical c. Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all information shared within the program. d. Behave professionally both inside and outside of the program, recognizing that your actions and words reflect upon the reputation of our organization.

Embrace and celebrate diversity, treating all individuals equally and without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. b. Foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to contribute.
