Act with honesty, transparency, and integrity, upholding the highest ethical c. Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all information shared within the program. d. Behave professionally both inside and outside of the program, recognizing that your actions and words reflect upon the reputation of our organization.
Inclusivity and Diversity: a. Embrace and celebrate diversity, treating all individuals equally and without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. b. Foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to contribute.
